Didn't receive premium even when charged for it

Didn't receive premium even when charged for it

I was charged for my monthly premium subscription but when I open the app it says I haven't paid for it. The charge shows on my bank statement also.

I personally had to wait about a day to receive my premium access. if it takes longer than that you can email spotify's support team.

Can you check your bank statement to see if the payment is shown as pending, processing or debited? If you’re unsure, you can send a screenshot of your bank statement to support@spotify.com, so they can check it for you. They can also take a look at your account on their end.
