My Question or Issue
I didn’t receive my email this year. I can access all my stats on the wrapped website, but I never received the email which tells me how many songs I listened to this year. My email notifications have always been on and I receive emails every other day about new releases and other marketing. I’ve been with Spotify since 2013 and been premium since 2017 and haven’t had this problem. My wife who is on my family account got her email. I know that Spotify won’t send the email again, but I want to sort out the problem before it happens next year.

Have you checked your Spam box and maybe your thrash? Sometimes your email provider may move some messages to one of these tabs.
