Didnt get the 3 months premium (June offer)

Hello,

I got an offer on my email, "Dance the whole summer with Premium for 99 kr", and I decided to resubscribe to Spotify, however, I am now getting charged for the months I was supposed to get for free when I subscribed last month. The offer ended 30th of June and the offer was limited.

I resubscribed before the 30th of June, and I used the button to get redirected to Spotify where I had to log in and finish my subscription details.

Whats wrong?

Hey @lekenderemi,

To get the 3 month promo you must have left Premium before April 19th, and not have used a similar promo in the past.

Also, It's not possible to get one of the offers with a payment method that's already been used to purchase another offer before.

If that doesn't apply to you, fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
