Different account - Spotify Family

Hi! 

When I send the link to my sister to get in my spotify Family, she receives the link with the information about another person! A guy called Ricardo!! Although, my name is Nicolle and I am the owner of the account. Can someone assist?

It sounds like you might be sending the invite from a different account. Make sure to check the info for your account from your Account Overview.

You can also ask her to check her spam/junk folders to see if your invite is there.
