Different countries for family premium account

I have the Spotify premium with my parents, but I live in another country than them. The payment is being made in my home country by my parents. So I would like to have suggestions of music from the country where I am, and not by the country where my account is being paid.

How can I change the country just for me?

PS: I just want to change the music suggestions for this country, I don't want to change the payment.

Remember that all the accounts of a Premium for Family plan must be registered under the same country.

Since you're on a Premium for Family plan that's being paid by your parents in your home country, it's not possible for you to change the country registered on your account. If you want to change your country settings, you'll need to be removed from your parent's Premium for Family first.
