So I'm originally from NZ and have moved over to the UK for a year or so. I used to have Spotify Premium in NZ in partnership with my phone plan but it was cancelled after I moved over here. Now I want to restart my Premium subscription from the UK, but even though I've changed my country to the UK on my account a box pops up telling me that my payment details and account don't match. Has anyone else had this problem, because I really want to go back to Premium! Thanks.

Has the payment method that you're trying to use been issued in the UK or in NZ?

I'm making my online payment with Mastercard, so it should be accepted in different countries? Currently from my NZ account.
Yeah, but if you're in the UK and your account's country setting is set to the UK, you'll only be able to subscribe to Premium using a UK payment method.
You can use your NZ payment method to subscribe when you're back in NZ.
