Different price on my account

Different price on my account

I'm using Spotify Philippines. I was able to avail the Premium subscription even before they officially launched the product today. I was on the EUR 9.99/month. Today, Spotify PH officially launched, Premium subscription is priced at PHP 129/month. However, my Subscription page still shows the 9.99 price. Is there any way a tech support can help move my account to local subscription prices by any chance? I figured not changing the country from US to PH on the bottom menu landed me at a different country subscription..

To change to a different location, you will have to switch your payment information to the country you are trying to switch to, here. If you are unable to switch to a different country contact Spotify directly here.

My payment source location is correctly set in the Philippines. It's just that I subscribed to premium even before the official launch here (which is today) -- I figured that might have caused my account to be stucked with international pricing.

As long as you have switched your payment method to one based on the Philippines and not USA and your country is shown correctly, the new payment amount will be taken on renewal. For some reason the "will be charged..." in the account overview doesn't update until after the next renewal.
