Different usernames but same account

So I have spotify premium and I have been using it for a while. My dad has a spotify account, and I am trying to do a family plan, I know the family plan works because my sister, whom I also invited to the family plan, is on with no issue. However, my dads account is somhow linked to my account in a way I do not know. We have different usernames, but whenever he logs into his spotify, my playlists appear and when he starts to play music, it comes up on my account. How can I fix this. His account has a completely different username and email address from my account, yet this problem has been occuring for a while.

What do you guys see when you both log into your Account Overview? Also, try logging out > clearing your device's cache > logging back in to see if it makes a difference.
