Difficult situation with account

Hello. I had an old Spotify account and I recently decided to get Premium as I have seen the free 3 months offer. The problem is, I accidentally logged out and I don't know any of the credentials, not even the username, just the credit card I used to get Premium. Now I'm forced to use this account I'm currently on. I was wondering if I could somehow recover that account considering it has premium. Is it possible for Spotify to find it and tell me the credentials only based on the card? It is only linked to that single account.

If you were not able do access your Spotify account, make sure to reach out to customer support, since they can take a closer look and provide with further help. You can find the contact form in this article under Don’t have access to your account’s email address? section.
