Difficulty Activating Giftcards?

I bought two Spotify gift cards today, with the intent of upgrading to premium for the next two months. However, upon entering their codes on www.spotify.com/redeem I received the message, “The Premium code you entered is invalid. Please check that you have typed it correctly.” I’ve entered them both in thrice (Once with the “INC,” once without the “INC,” and even once with a lower-cased “inc”), but I have not succeeded in redeeming either giftcard.

have you filled out the Customer Support Contact form: https://www.spotify.com/us/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact

Just hidden those images from the public for you, just to stop any cheeky user from trying to redeem them on your behalf 😛 

As Michael says, getting in touch with the customer services team is your best bet.
