My Question or Issue

I signed up for a $0.99 three month trial around December. I paid the $0.99 upfront when I signed up. The trial recently ended, however, Spotify began withdrawing money from my account without my knowledge. My bank recently reversed the transactions. This morning I  tried to log on to my account to reinstate my free subscription, however my account had been disabled. I am wonder if there is a way to reactive my account, as I've tried resetting the password, searching the support site, and visiting the Spotify community, and have had no luck in doing so. In advance, I appreciate any help you can provide.
