I received this email: 

Your payment provider recently recalled an unauthorised payment for Spotify Premium.
We’ve now returned the funds, and disabled your Spotify account.
If you have any questions about this, please contact your payment provider directly.

 

I have years worth of music and playlists and am wondering how to recover my account and get back on the right payment track. Spotify won't let me log back in whatsoever so I can't access anything. Why didn't they just downgrade my premium account and let me work with a free account if it was a credit card issue? I've sent emails but they just direct me to unhelpful links 😞 suggestions?
