Disabled Facebook account

I recently disabled my facebook account and made a new spotify account that is not connected to my Facebook account. I want to transfer my playlits, music, artists ect. from my old Facebook-linked account to my new non-facebook account. 

They spotify help center told me to email my issue to their support. But their repsonse asked me for personal information (last 4 digits of my credit card, my zip code, and my date of birth). That seemed weird to me so I forwarded the support email to the spoof account spotify provides for when you think your privacy is at risk. 

I'm really just trying to transfer my stuff to my new account and I don't want to give my personal infor via email. Has this happened to anyone else???

Yes that sounds like a normal verification process of ownership. Without these pieces of information, Spotify Support won't be able to transfer your stuff to your new account :).
