Disabled apparently

My spotify account got disabled because i bought a month of premium, and i didn't know it was a subscription. when a unknown name (STG AYDEN) took money from my bank account i send it back to my bank( not knowing it was spotify) the problem now is that my account (jasondeman1994) is now disabled , which means : I can't link with facebook anymore, on my ps4 spotify turned in just a loading screen, lost my music list.
I had spotify premium before for a long time , got it free with my phoneplan. After i got another phone i got turned to free. Why am i disabled now instead of set to free? Can someone help me to get the account
working again?
