Disappointing experience. Received an offer I can't avail

Hello I received a great offer from Spotify 3Months for 0.99 Euros but unfortunately I was very frustrated when I applied for the offer. I got this message saying: "It appears that you're not eligible for this offer. You can still enjoy premium for the great price below. Just 14.99 Euros per month for you and up to 5 your family members". Well I don't like the second offer and want to avail of the first one... Really disappointing experience to get a good offer and be rejected afterwards. Spotify should honor its commitment and grant people what they promise..

Yes but what has this got to do with anything? I was given a nice offer and
was deprived from using it

Unfortunately the offer is only available to users who haven't tried Premium before.

But why do you serve this ad to me then? You should be filtering your ads
and targeting in the right manner to avoid disappointments..
