Discard facebook and set up spotify login?

If I have a Facebook login, when I went to set up a Spotify login, it told me my e-mail was already used.  Also, I joined Spotify Premium while connected to Facebook.

How can I separate Spotify from Facebook, set up a new Spotify account using the (old) e-mail address, and then transfer(?)  over my Premium status?

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get everything moved over to a new account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
