Disconnect an unknown Spotify Acc from Facebook

Hi there,

I try to connect my spotify account with Facebook, but there cames a failer notification "that the Facebook account I try to connect already is connected to another spotify account."
I really don't know which account is connected to my FB acc, but I want to disconnect it to connect it with my origin spotify account.
I already delete the connecten from the spotify app to FB (FB settings ->Apps), but the failure notification appears eavery time.

Maybe someone can help?
Oh and sorry if my grammar is not the best, I am from Germany and English is not my native tongue.
