Disconnect starbucks from Facebook

My Question or Issue

The account which was setup through Starbucks won't let me disconnect from facebook, and or update email. This is what shows up as the username (/snip- Moderator edit/) that is connected to my Facebook account. I've attempted to closed the account but how do I do so if it has no email address? Should I close the account currently linked to Facebook with my real email address?

If your account was created via Facebook it's possible that no email address was registered on it and you'll need to reach out to our support team here to help you close it.

If you've already reached out to support via email and got an automatic message, make sure to reply to that mail even if it's from no-reply. This should speed up the process and a support agent should get in touch with you shortly.
