Disconnected friend's Facebook and now she has lost her playlists and premium

My friend logged into spotify on my mac. Then i couldn't log into my own account. I tried logging out and logging in again, but it automatically logged into her account. The "Help" said that i should say "disconnect Facebook" on her account, but i still can't log into my account AND she can't log into her account now either! She has lost her playlists and her premium, and the "Connect to Facebook" button has disappeared and isn't under "settings" or "preferences" as it was before! i can't find it! Please help fast!

Use an incognito browser and have your friend log into facebook. Open a second tab and have her log into spotify "by signing into facebook". 

If that doesnt work then have her try creating a "new" spotify account by signing in with her facebook. That should trick spotify into reconnecting her account and getting all of her playlists and premium back. 

The only way her account is truely gone is if she hit "delete account". You should be able to still see your friend's acccount from your own if you search her usernames or you two follow each others playlists.
