Disconnected from facebook now I can't connect

I used my old email to sign up for spotify, when the facebook connection thing came I used that. Since I've been using facebook to login. I have also in the mean time changed my email address because I wanted an address that contain my actual name.

Today I disconnected my spotify account from my facebook. And tried loging in to my account with the old email, but I have long forgotten the password, so I tried reseting it. It said that an email had been sent to my old email, but I never received one.

What happens when I try to log in with my facebook account now is that a new account has been generated (The one I'm writing this with). Id like my spotify account back, I've spent so much time putting together playlists and it's also got my creditcard so I'll get charged still..
