Disconnecting from Facebook Account

Hi, my Facebook account was compromised and changed so I no longer have access to it. My Spotify account is linked to it, so I need to disconnect the two accounts through Spotify. The tutorials I have seen have said about going to Settings then Social, but there is no Social tab or menu on the app nor on desktop. Please help!

Can you let me know if you've created your Spotify account through Facebook, or did you create your Spotify account directly through Spotify and then connected to Facebook later on?
