Disconnecting from other iOS devices

I was trying to disconnnect all my devices through this link here, however when I click the link, I am still able to open my spotify app and still be logged in, which tells me it didn't work on all the other devices I actually want to disconnect from? What can I do?

That should normally work, I'd recommend doing a second attempt. If that doesn't help then you should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
