Disconnecting my account from facebook

I want to just log in to Spotify using my email address and password which I have been given premium from Vodafone. But everyone I go to the app on either my iPhone or iPad it reverts to logging me in using my Facebook details. Once in, if I click on account, it’s says “free” not “premium”. This is somewhat ok until i decide to use my Sonos system, because then Sonos gets a message saying “you have to upgrade” to listen - when clearly I have..! So as usual it’s facebook screwing everything up..!  Help please.

You don't want to use Spotify with Facebook? It isn't difficult to disconnect Spotify from Facebook! Just visit this page for a tutorial on how to do so.
