My credit card which I used for monthly premium family subscription was scamed. When go into subscription to update my new details I do not get the "update details" option. I suspect that the credit card was hacked due to my spotify subscription from what the bank told me. Has spotify frozen this part of my account due to security reasons?

Hey @Greg26031970,

 

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will see what's going on within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
