Discount Family Subscriptions!

I have been trying to add a family subscription since dec 15th. It won't take it. Says problem with payment. But no problem with payment. Any suggestions have a premium acct just need to add one one person

You can do the following:

• Clean Browser's cache
• Try incognito mode
• Try with another browser

If it doesn't work you should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares (ENG), @SpotifyAyuda (ESP) or @SpotifyAjuda (PT).

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
