Discovery list / Friday release radars not updating

Solved!

Discovery list / Friday release radars not updating

Have tried the following:

Closing Spotify and restarting (several times)
Logging in and out (several times)

I've searched a few threads and tried to find ways to report an issue, but come up blank. Not sure what else to try!

The problem is that Spotify have dated the playlists incorrectly; Release Radar is dated as a Saturday instead of a Friday, and Discover Weekly is dated Tuesday instead of Monday.

The only solution is for Spotify to fix the error, there's nothing we can do -  unfortunately no amount of restarting, logging in and out or following/unfollowing is going to fix this.

Hey @heirofravens,

Could you try a clean reinstall on all your devices (not just the ones affected)? This should clear any cache that could be stalling those personalised playlists from updating.

We'd also encourage you to unfollow / follow both Discover Weekly and Release Radar. Find them again by going to Browse > Discover or search for either of them in the search bar.

Hope this clears things up and gets them updated 🙂

At least on my app this seems to have been fixed now, the Release Radar appeared at midnight correctly dated 18th May.
