Display Name Option not appearing on my Premium account

Hello

I'm trying to change my display name but when I follow the instructions posted previously, there is no "Display Name" option in my "Edit Profile" section.   I've tried both on mobile (Iphone 6) and laptop (Macbook Pro running Mojave 10.14.6 using both Safari and Firefox).   I have a Premium account in Canada.

Has anybody else had this problem?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

Currently it's only possible to change your display name on mobile or tablet within the Spotify app. 

To do so, make sure to follow all the steps provided in this Support Article. 

If you're still not able to change it, i'd recommend performing clean reinstall of your Spotify app. It's different than regular reinstallation.
Just find your device in this article and follow the steps provided there.

Thanks so much for the help! I tried to see if it was available on my
tablet but it wasn't so I'm going to follow your instructions of doing a
clean re-install of Spotify. Thanks!
