Display name not showing on account

My Question or Issue

I chose a profile name when making my account but it doesn't show anywhere. It's only showing as the username with a bunch of random numbers. I'm curious as to why my chosen profile name isn't showing on my profile. It did on my last account. My email is confirmed and I'm not sure what else to try to do to fix it or if it's even fixable

@OneByBoo Oh, I've never connected Facebook to Spotify so I don't think that's it but thank you nevertheless, the effort is appreciated 🙂
