Display name not showing

I created a new account, with a display name of "sarachine", which was supposed to appear in my Spotify profile, but it does not. It shows my actual id username, a bunch of letters and numbers (iyjk2j1me44racjhauxcac6r2). I do know that Spotify randomizes your username, but why is it not showing "sarachine"?

Hi Emilia. Thank you for responding, appreciate it.

I just saw this post, and I am not really going forward to nº 1 neither 2, because I don't have a Facebook account, and just created this Spotify account to actually replace my old one. So, nº 3.

But, I am sorry for being ignorant, how do I send private messages to someone in Support? I am not really finding it.
