Unfortunately, there isn't a feature allowing Spotify users to block their followers.

However, there is an active idea regarding adding the possibility of doing so, please make sure to add your +VOTE and subscribe to get updates on it here.

There's another option which is to create a new account.

By doing so, you'll be able to transfer all the data of your old account to the new one, however the only thing that will change is that all followers will have to follow you again on the new account - find the steps needed here.
