Does NOT let me log in

It doesnt give a option to log in it automatically goes to a free log in. yes i have tried redownloading multiple times. i have even tried to switch icloud account and it does the same thing. just doesnt give me a option to log in on the app.

Can you let me know:

- Which device does this happen on?

- What happens when you open the app? Can you see the login page? If so, what happens when you enter your login details and try to log in?

- Can you try this process on another device?
