Does Spotify just not want my money?

I have tried countless times to get Spotify premium, and everytime I end up on a blank page. I don't know what to do anymore, can somebody please help?

Could you try to subscribe using a different browser? (e.g. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome). Let me know how it works out.

Thanks, I have tried Edge, Chrome and Firefox and none of them work. Please see attachment for what page I keep getting.

I am having the same issue 😞

I guess it's an old known issue that Spotify don't want to fix

Hey there! (and hey @alal007!)

Do you have any ad-blocking or scriptblocking software in your browser? That can interfere with Spotify and the payment provider. Let me know if that's the case!

Hi, I tried it again now, disabled all my extensions for my browser, still no luck 😕

Hey!

Just a few things to check before moving on, is your account country the same as the country set in PayPal? Also, your PayPal account has to be verified with a debit or credit card.  Is that the case?

My billing address is still linked to another country as I only moved to america recently. I thought going through my Paypal account would bypass having to put my card straight into the payment options on Spotify.
