They have been chaarging me for over a year. i cannot get ahold of anyone from Spotify. Do we report to Better Business Bureau?

Even before contacting Spotify, you should check your profile on the website to see your subscription status. If your profile says you're Premium, cancel it yourself, and delete your payment info.

That way, they won't be able to charge you anymore.
