Does purchasing premium always start with the 30 days free?

I did premium for 3 months for 99 cents, and I want to renew it. If I subscribe to Spotify again, will it instantly bill me now, or will I get a free 30 days then get billed once it's up?

Hi M03, If you don't cancel your subscription you will charge full price after the 3 month promotion. Each promotion link to an email/account.
