Does spotify still bill to your carrier?

When i first subscibed to premium i set it up so it would just bill my cellphone bill every month. i had to cancel that subscription because i forgot my password and couldnt get it back. i wanted to set up a new premium account but i cant remember how to set it up so i get the bill with my cellphone, i need help.

Which cell phone carrier do you have? You might check out their website for specific instructions to see if they offer it.
