Does support actually respond?

Does support actually respond?

Submitted to cases and multiple emails to the only response I got which asked for info to prove my identity that I responded with minutes later.

I can't login to my premium account and I'm not getting the password reset emails so I fear my account has been hijacked. At this point I have pretty much decided to cancel based on how bad this customer service is but I can't do that until I login. No phone number to call, no responses, for the most part I like Spotify but I wish I was getting a fraction of the customer service that your competitors offer.
