Don't get password reset emails and can't open new accounts.

Spotify tells me my password is wrong and then I never receive the email to reset it. I've tried loggign in via facebook, and no luck. I even tried opening a new account with another email, and I fill in the form quite quickly and when I submit it tells me the form is expired and I have to try later. I am in the Netherlands, I just moved here, before it was working fine.

Any suggestions?
