Don't know username, or email.

So I know my password, have all my banking info but I unfortunately can't remember my username or email.. Which is unfortunate because im still having the cost removed from my bank account when I can't use it.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
