I can't use your new promotion since I've had premium before. That's all fine, but you do state there is another offer for me:

 

 

"Unfortunately you are ineligible for the offer you were looking for. Don't worry, here's another offer we have just for you."

 - from the page you're directed to when clicking the offer

 

Where is that offer? the only thing I see is the regular price and your family discounts.. It would be very helpfull if you could provide a link to that offer, because I can't find it anywhere on your page.

Unfortunately, you can't get any new offer if you've already had Premium before. I see it too, so I think it is just a bug.

The t&c say you won't be eligible if you cancelled your premium subscription after 1 November- which I havnt. I had it over a year ago, so confused why I'm getting the same message above?!
The offer I think I should be able to access is 3months for £9.99 and then £9.99/ month after that.
The offer is only on until tonight so please help resolve this soon!

Hi, yes I actually did get that offer 🙂 by random after listening to an ad. Sorry fo not replying back here.
