Dont have spotify, but you charge my card every month

I dont have a spotify account, but every month you charge my card. What shall I do to stop it. The bank says I have to cancel my card if you cant help me. I can not log into a spotify account I dont have. Can you find out what account is using my card?

Hi SBratlie if you have had a spotify account in the past you will need to try and recover it. This can be done online or by speaking to a member of Spotify support. If you haven’t had a Spotify account in the past you will need to talk to spotify support about removing you card from their database.

It's very strange for Spotify to charge you if you never given them your bank card details. And in case you provided them these details at some point that means you have an active account. There is a guide to find all your Spotify accounts here. Please follow the steps and if you find your account proceed with these instructions to cancel your subscription so you don't get charged anymore.
