Dear Community,
I am really upset. Spotifys ads annoyed me when I was doing work, so I shut spotify down, something I only do like...every 3 months or so.
Now I cannot logg in any more, as neither the email address I am typing in nor the Username seems to be recognised.
I have a second account (whyever), but I spend over a year creating my playlist I have on the other one and I am really sad as it was kind of a lot of work to discover all this music.
I know that the playlist was supposed to be called "Ayoo", but I cannot find it when I search for it.
Also, there were songs in it, which are not on spotify but from my owm computer (local artists).
Is there any chance to find my old playlist?
Thank you in advance and kind regards,
Chris
Solved! Go to Solution.
If you could navigate in Windows to:
C:\Users\<YOUR USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Spotify\Users
Inside that folder, there will be a number of sub-folders, each indicate a username that has logged in on your Spotify client in the form username-user. You should be able to retrieve your username from there.
