Dont remeber the password to my spotify premium accoutn and i dont have the details to the email

My Question or Issue

I tried logging into my spotify on my laptop but it went wrong. I am not logged into the email I used for the account so I was trying to change the email on the account but it wouldn't let me. I used the change password option and as far as I know it changed my password for the email I was originally logged in with. I also had another account attached to my regular email and u think I changed the password for that too at the same time. I am not logged into the email and I dont know the password so I can't log back in. This is troubling because I have spotify premium and I dont want to have to pay for an account I can't even get back into. I tried logging in with what I thought was the new password but it said that it was invalid. I was wondering if there was anything you could do to help. This is really stressing my out. I'm really disappointed that spotify hasn't reached out to me yet. I've dmed them on Instagram and on twitter (Spotify UK and Spotify cares) and I've emailed them 3 times (support@spotify.com) and put in a complaint but I'm not getting any responses 😞
