Why am I being charge twice on my accoint for my monthly subscription.

First of all, I suggest that you take a look at all accounts that you may have on different email addresses and check if you don't have two accounts as Premium, per example. If you don't have more than one account, so you need to be in touch with the Customer Support to get help on it and even request a refund if possible.
