My Question or Issue

Hi,

 

Looking at my bank accounts I noticed that Spotify is charging me on 2 bankaccounts for 1 premium Spotify Account. Looks like they are doing it for quite some time.  I have changed the banking details a while back and it seems that I'm charged on the old and new bank account.

How can I change this and get a refund when it's actually incorrect?

If you see multiple charges and they’re not pending or to check the payment is valid, you could have more than one Premium account. 

 

Follow these ways to find other accounts

If you find another Premium account, follow these steps to cancel.
