Double Charged - can you help please?

It appears I am being charged £16.99 & £9.99 in the UK from what looks like 2 different spotify accounts. Trying to reach spotify is near impossible. Can someone help please?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

It may be possible, that you have two separate accounts with two subscriptions. You can find out how to check that on this page. If you find two subscriptions, compare them to the one you're using and cancel the second one.
