Hi!

I am a student who wanted the discount, but I've had some trouble uploading the documents asked. Therefore, they would notify me that no charge was account for since they could not process my application. This morning, my bank account reflect a double charge for Spotify premium but the account won"t obey so. I would like a refund of the second charge.
