I've had a premium account for years. Recently I upgraded to family and it keeps charging me the $9.99 for the premium and the $14.99 for the family. Any help?

To check what's going on, please get in touch with our Accounts team. They can take a closer look at your payments. You can get a hold of them from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username.
