My Question or Issue


Hi all!


My wife made two payments by accident from her account. One with my credit card (a payment for a family account) and one with her own credit card (a payment for a single account). Both payments where made within seconds and both payments where booked from our bank accounts.


The Question: which is the actual account type, my wife has now? And more important: which name is crucial for the family account (regarding the address issue)? The name of her profile or the name of the credit card holder?


We would be happy if one payment could be refund.
