Double Payment

I've sub for spotify about 4 months ago, my payment was always set to day 10th of each month. This month the spotify asked me to update my payment settings, but i put the same data and they accepted it, however, i got a second fee yesterday, with the same price on the same credit card by the same account. What am i supposed to do? I need to cancel this second fee.

Sorry to hear that this has happened. All you need to do is simply get in contact with a Spotify staff member here.

 

I am simply a member of the online community so I can't personally cancel this payment for you. Check out this article in the meantime however, as it may help explain a little bit more what happens when someone is double charged
