Double Payment

My CC  was charged twice. I only have one account and have been a premium member for a while. I have missed payments before, but this month was not the case and my payments this year were up to date. Is the a number to call to sort this out with customer service?

Unfortunately we don't offer phone support. However, since this is an account issue, we recommend that you get in touch with our Customer Support team here (they offer email, chat and social media support).

 

They will ask you for some details in order to be able to locate the double charge, and they should be able to help resolve the issue for you.
